Volunteer Opportunities

The Mt Pleasant Natural Resource Centre has an active volunteer program benefiting the MPNRC, the volunteers and the wider community.

Volunteer skill and knowledge development is encouraged through training and involvement in a variety of projects, with volunteers involved in almost every area of activity at the MPNRC, from sitting on the Management Committee, assisting with day-to-day inquiries or facilitating an environmental monitoring project.

Recent volunteer activities have included working on the Centres new native garden, the Bats for Biodiversity community monitoring project, developing new displays and assisting with special event planning.
