Both systems
provide opportunities for low risk cropping whilst
maintaining and enhancing perennial pastures for grazing
livestock.
Who Should Attend?
Farmers and/or graziers who are passionate about regenerative
and sustainable agricultural systems.
Why Attend?
Both Pasture Cropping and No Kill Cropping are methods that are
gaining in acceptance and adoption, both in Australia and
internationally. As land management techniques, they offer
breakthroughs for both rehabilitation and retention of
grasslands across Australia, but only if they are implemented in
the intended fashion. Unfortunately much of the adoption has
been less than ideal in both its affects on natural assets and
landholders.
This practical, down to earth
and enjoyable course offers land managers an excellent
opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the principles
and practical application of the techniques. It is also a
fantastic opportunity to meet other land managers in your area
interested in implementing these methods.
